    urpose: verify whether creating a topic automatically sets the author's topic watch state to "Watching" (followTopicsOnCreate). Steps after publish: Check this topic's watch control (Watching / Not Watching / Ignoring). Record the result. Please do not reply unless testing reply notifications.
