2. Go to Preferences > Administration > Server Settings
3. Click Appearance tab, go to the Custom CSS section

@homegrown haha, it's also a bit of a self loathing thing because I wish I knew CSS enough to create my own custom look, but I don't. So I use @rolle's BirdUI, which is quite nice.
