BlueSky users, when bridging to Fediverse, please be mindful of the posts you quote because it seems a lot of people don't allow logged out users to see their posts, causing Fedi users to miss the context and completely ruin the point of bridging in the first place...‍️

I'm not sure how easy it is to tell if a post requires you to be logged in if you're already logged into bluesky

@tom ahhh...good point...that is a good proposal. It would help immediately identify if the post is worth reading or not, though I do wish I could just read the damn post...‍️

@BeAware @tom You can use my thread reader tool to view posts which are not accessible on bsky.app: https://blue.mackuba.eu/skythread/ - not as convenient, but gets the job done at least.

@BeAware @tom Yup! You can log in if you want to give likes, but other than that everything works without login.
