Howdy! I'm new to this instance so it's time for an #introduction

I'm Liz and I've been working in cybersecurity for just over a year now. I mostly write code, but I'm working on learning how things work at lower levels and maybe someday getting into reverse engineering? Mostly I just want to learn all the things

Outside of work, I like reading (mainly #scifi recently), #birdwatching, and dabbling in crafts like #bookbinding and #crochet.

I've fiddled with hosting my own instance in the past, but I figured it would be nice to make my long-term home in the fediverse on an instance that's more stable than my little experimental VMs

I'm looking forward to hanging out around here and seeing what everyone is up to!
