Soo...I'm just getting around to the Borderlands 4 teaser.

I just hope they get it right this time.

Borderlands 3 had good gameplay, bad story, wonderlands had decent story, but mediocre gameplay.

Just rehire Anthony Burch and the money is already in the bag...‍️

I think Randy despises the fact that no other Borderlands was well received besides 2 and most people recognize that being because of Anthony Burch as the writer.

@BeAware I noticed they practically tripled the age of several characters & totally whiffed on casting Roland.... so it went from a movie I was excited about to one I'm scared about.

And I like those actors! But come on.

I didn't even see it and I don't think I will after seeing the reviews.

However, I'm specifically referring to Borderlands 4, the game in development that had the teaser released the other day.

We've played 1, 2 & the Pre-Sequel.... and it was never really for the story. I didn't even know it was onto a number 4! Our next gen console was a Switch so we sadly got off the games.

@syntaxseed I played Borderlands 2 before the rest and i got spoiled on the story.

The series was the rare time I got my husband to play a shooter with me. I tricked him by emphasizing the rpg-style character levelling & loot. lol

@syntaxseed :kek: That's hilarious. I love the Borderlands style shooters that don't take themselves seriously. Fast paced, shoot and loot or shoot and kill, as long as it's flashy.
