@jpthuot03 there's actually only one app in existence that I know that can do it, but it's on iPhone and uses ChatGPT API. IceCubesApp.
There might be others on Android as well, but I don't use Android frequently.
You could use ChatGPT yourself, but that would require a subscription and using the ChatGPT app to upload the image. I do that because it gives very detailed descriptions and it's worth it to me.
