Admins/moderators, please fill out that survey to the best of your comfortability so that maybe someday we'll get useful moderation tools.
Even automatic reporting of offensive content would go a long way for me, personally.
There's about 6 pages but they're easy questions and it helps survey what is important to help you with moderating.
