BTW, about adding the word "Share" as a topic. I asked others for suggestions on a Matrix group and so far the best option we found is to use "Share/Offer" as a topic - I think it's more intuitive when you put those 2 words together like that.

Still open for suggestions tho, so feel free to let me know if anyone has a better idea.

Yes this looks much better designed, it's good to have a separate topic for "Buy & sell" then. I like how you thought about things like that, yeah if someone is not interested in sports for example they can just mute that topic - makes a lot of sense 🙂

Also I must say that you were definately in the perfect position to create such an app - developing Fedilab, Holos, and Pawfed means that you are already familiar with all the core technologies required to make this work. And honestly I'm glad you did it 'cause I always thought about having such an app which could connect people in real life.

I don't know if "Share" is the right word to use, I'll tag @tio here to see if he can come up with something better. But whatever word we pick it should be easy to discern for people that it's the right topic to use when they are offering something for free (like a good or service).

Also I'm fine with keeping "Buy & sell" topic as long as it doesn't turn into spammy ads, but even then I realized it's better to have a separate topic like that in order to filter them out if you want.

Honestly it looks pretty good, can't believe you made that UI in such a short time!

BTW, I have a small suggestion. In the topics would you consider changing "Buy and sell" to something like "Share" ? I ask this because I think it would be nice to have a sharebay.org type space on the fediverse (See https://sharebay.org/how-it-works). We already have a lot of buying and selling on the internet, so why not try to promote sharing a bit? 🙂
