They kinda need to balance promoting the whole federation/decentralization aspect, and being user-friendly and simple to understand, which is the thing that makes Bluesky more acceptable to non-technical users than Mastodon…

@mackuba.eu but it's not a balance. It's full-on confusion in the other direction. Technical users that aren't directly on the platform are confused and don't want to go there because of it.
