I see people celebrating #Telegram founder Pavel Durov. Some have said do #Elon and #Zuckerberg next. That is not the kind of society we should want nor be pushing for. That would also mean instance admins are directly responsible for the actions of people on their servers including legally outside of what is standard. To some degree of course there are legal obligations but we shouldn’t be treating hosts the same as those committing the illegal acts. There should be logical and reasonable accountability on hosts & providers. #legal #law
