I wanted as much as possible in my services to go through the <a href="https://metalhead.club/tags/ActivityPub" rel="tag">#<span>ActivityPub</span></a> vocabulary and I fully embraced the client to server API. </p><p>But there are elements of a web application that require custom functionality no matter what, say changing a password.
