@fountainwrites it doesn't matter where you put them in the post. Also, whether words are used in the search or not depends on each instance. Some instances, especially the bigger ones, do have full text search, but there's no "algorithm" to push your posts to anyone so people lean towards hashtags as easier things to search for.
