It’s good to have a symbol for the #fediverse you can type. The asterism is such a symbol ⁂ Sucks you need to copy and paste from a source. It also has no real functionality yet like the @ and #. It probably needs functionality to become a real thing.

@wardgeene.bsky.social if it's not broke, it doesn't need fixing. Work needs to be done on the actual protocol. Eggs in the least important basket. People get harassed here and we're talking about changing a logo that has nothing wrong with it....
