@scott Well presumably you have some set of credentials with them. The exact details of your establishing authorized access to that registrar is abstracted away by the DNS record system. People trust the IANA (currently ICANN) to point from authorship.studio to ns1.techsero.org — which itself points to an IP address assigned by the IANA. If you connect via IP over port 53 and the DNS protocol you can get some records. Do these details matter to anyone? They just care for the records
