Hi! I'm a tech worker who just spend 3 years working backend at RetailMeNot in PHP, Python, React, Java, etc. Got hit by layoffs (not performance-related, at least) so now I'm making the next move, hopefully into a smaller company with a role with more focus on security. Long term, I'd like to learn more about the business side of things and move up to a C-level role!

I also collect hobbies and interests. This includes but is not limited to: birding, consumer research, stocks, fashion, plants, video games (Warframe in particular—I have quite a history with the community), painting (quite good at it), visual effects, jazz and music theory, playing the accordion, cars, skiing, cooking, etc. Very opinionated on mattresses and the mattress industry.
