Based on that rather quick look at the repo and account, I'd guess it's extensively LLM generated likely without much review. It's also on GitHub and references an X account which is sort of disappointing.

It would be great to get an open source alternative to Discord, though. Stoat (previously Revolt) is one option, but it appears like it's not federated which is a big drawback.
