This is undeniably bad UX, but it's also what makes being a small-time #MastoAdmin possible. I am only financially, legally, and ethically responsible for the things my users choose to seek out, instead of every post on the fediverse (1/2)

I absolutely see the value in tools like relays and fetch-all-replies, but I think these should be approached with caution as they have the ability to massively increase moderation workload
Not to diminish these tools at all but I hope they don't reduce the demand for improving the ability to hop between instances. An example of this is how trying to like a post on another instance opens a text box that will take you to your home instance where you can like the post (2/2)
