May as well if preview will not work anyway.
Make the reader copy and paste (and possibly clean) the URL into a new tab.
It is for your own privacy as doing this removes http-referrer tracking. (not a typo)

️It's invidious, a privacy focused front end for YouTube. No ads, no tracking, link previews work.
The downside is that the creators get nothing for the views from there, they don't count. Whether that's important or not, is up to you.

People may not know of invidious any better than they may know about nitter.
Both have been attacked, so if you use either, the link nay not work due to rate limiting, and poster may be disregarded.

@SpaceLifeForm it may not work forever, but if you use invidi.link, it'll only link to working instances at the time. So it'd at least work for *awhile*.
