Turnaround shots of Impa from #TearsoftheKingdom for reference material. There isn't much detail with her hat on, but it's a traveling version of her BotW outfit. She seems to have given her old hat to Paya.

Although it should be noted that Paya's hat design is based on Impa's from Breath of the Wild, the cloth and rope colors are inverted on each hat and Paya's is not nearly as tall as Impa's was when she was chief.
