That's why I went with PWAs. App stores are no longer useful or relevant. They're from a long-gone era when two companies decided what apps that anybody in the world is allowed to use. And they nearly always flag fediverse apps for being poorly moderated; while allowing some of the most vile crap you can imagine. And I believe apps score even higher and nearly always make the 'recommended' list if they spy on their users in some unique new way that hasn't been done before.
