I mean PDS is just the layer of your data. I am not entirely cleat, but how I understand it is -- One DID, one PDS endpoint. Swap servers, update your DID or whatever. Data roams with it. I guess.

While I like the protocol for what it is, and how it was written, it is indeed NOT actually decentralized in the classical sense. And it is also algorithmic, even if they say its not.
