Tweaked my #wordpress #activitypub config to use only the Blog as the Actor, instead of both Blog and Author. Now, the Blog actor federates posts directly, rather than boosting posts from each Author.

Has anyone else tried this? Did it cause any issues with boosted Author posts that were previously federated?

Would I need to “repost” all previously federated content for it to appear under the Blog Actor?

@heathenstorm@mastodon.social if the blog boosts posts by the author then it means your blog is visible on the threadiverse directly.

      Otherwise it will not be.
