@Tsaukpaetra I'm replying to the above, but then refreshing the page and using the resurrected composer, summoned by the topic's reply button instead of the post's reply button.

IMO, if we're saving composer content, we should also be saving the in-reply-to value and offer it as a bubble in the tasks thing (bottom right), instead of relying on the user to figure out they can get it back by trying to start a reply and then losing data if they don't realize they need to click on the same post's reply instead...
