Ya, except one time I mentioned something about having a hard time getting nurses at the long term care center I work at to work on Easter Sunday (instead of 2/3 of them calling out fake sick), because people will literally die if there's no staff there. I was dog piled by people saying 1. I am a corpo shill/capitalist slave-driver for expecting people to show up for their shift, and 2. Half of the Fediverse is just far left politics. You have to at least spend a few hours a day engaging in some internal infighting over something trivial or coming up with unhinged takes or calling everything a lib before patting yourself on the back for being a hard working revolutionary.
