Everything in the activity appears to be correct, and the displayed time is correct for somebody on this side of the planet, so I think the US (mastodon) server just wasn't expecting to host people in a different timezone than it was configured for.

@SpaceLifeForm it’s hard to say for certain without seeing a screen shot, but the initial post was made at 8:53pm ET, and you replied at 9:09pm ET. I see that you also boosted the initial post. My suspicion is that your boost after the reply is what caused it to show up in your home TL after your reply. But that’s an educated guess.
