gigabyte's rma/support center thing is so badly designed wtf. password must be between 8-12 characters and when you go over it says your "password is not strong enough" (actually it's too strong???) then when you try to get an email code, the submit and resend buttons are backwards so i kept trying to submit my code but it was sending me new codes?

anyway the warranty is 3 years so it expired in september 2024, and for some reason this information is conveyed to me via an indeterminate loading/progress bar

btw i don't need support or an rma anymore... no thanks to gigabyte whatsoever. i used a different usb stick and reformatted it and the q-flash plus started working. just managed to get everything reassembled and booted/verified in working order as of some minutes ago.
