I've only had it happen once or twice, but it's still unsettling to see people I've blocked LONG ago, show up again just cause they made another account on another instance...

A new account from the same person is still a new account...

@nick not if I block the entire instance, which was the case here. Also, on other platforms you can report for block/ban evading.
