All we need to do is hand-encode our videos into efficient MP4s and upload them directly to webspace that we control, with the right access permissions and cache settings

Loop our hosting through a CDN

Then hand-code a web interface to peruse them all, complete with feeds

And use a RSS reader that's optimized for video scrolling on mobile, with an interest-based algorithm

Then we're good to go!

The best bit? It shouldn't cost more than about $50/month to run, each
