what are the customers buying, in concrete terms? like with the nft craze a while back, or with people "buying land in the metaverse", it doesn't have to make sense, it just has to be compelling enough for someone with money to give up some of that money. i don't wanna rip off people, especially not people without money. but there's gotta be goods and/or services that are "in demand" among rich people... are they tolerable?
