@BeAware I will travel this week and the intrusive thoughts are always negative thoughts. I wish it stops, because it's increasing my anxiety.

@Ointersexo ahh, yeah that happens sometimes to me as well, but not all the time, thankfully.
I find that when I have depressing thoughts, it helps to find something to distract me. I hope you can find something to distract you. Maybe some good tunes or something to listen to while you travel.

@BeAware Have you tried melatonin? A small amount works for me. Then the waking thoughts turn into anxiety dreams, but at least I sleep.

@groink I will try that now. I think my people have some laying around somewhere.
I don't like to take it that much because in times like this, where I've waited too long (it's 6:30 am) I end up sleeping all damn day and then my sleep schedule is backwards.️
Gotta do what I gotta do though. Sleep is required. At least a little bit.

@Ointersexo I feel that way too. Like I always hang onto the bad and less or very little of the good.
Especially since I'm so chronically online and have a small following that's actually bigger than most it seems. Therefore I interact with more people and some of those people say not nice things.
