You can filter out posts with certain words, but how do you extend that to images?

You can filter out posts with certain words, but how do you extend that to images? If a word is in the alt text, I don’t want to see the image. #mastodon

@MindyKB filters extend to alt text, I'm almost positive. Have you tried and this didn't happen?
