I'm curious on thoughts. Since #Mastodon grew a bunch when #Twitter effectively died, then #Threads came along from #Meta, which platform do you prefer and use more? I'm also curious on the why too.

@BeAware well, I'm mainly curious between these two which one people are using more. I see your point though. Being it's posted on Mastodon, if someone is primarily using Threads, maybe they won't see it.

As for other options, what do you have in mind?

@mvan231 other Fediverse software? Sharkey, Misskey, iceshrimp, Akkoma, Pleroma, etc.

All of those users will be able to see this and have no options to vote...

Mastodon is hardly the only software here that can communicate.

If you go to the "Software using ActivityPub" section and look at the microblogging subsection, you'll see all the softwares that can communicate to mastodon.
