There's a directive to build a ton of new private prisons which are effectively concentration camps. Actually let's remove the "effectively". They ARE concentration camps, under nearly any definition of that term.

@cwebber and given that they were just promoting the showers at the newest one in Florida, they know exactly what they're doing and their base is rabidly lapping up the dog whistles.
(And if someone denies the dog whistles are happening, ask them why else would they have just hyped erecting two *88* foot tall flagpoles at the White House?)
