I wish there was a Fediverse platform for music #scrobbler.

I wish there was a Fediverse platform for music #scrobbler. Something similar to last.fm but OpenSource and supporting #ActivityPub. There is libre.fm, but despite being active, I cannot find their source code and I believe they are a centralized platform.
It would be great if we can also self-host our music history and be able to share it.
There is multi-scrobbler under MIT license that can be a nice place to start:

Pretty sure Libre.fm uses GNU-FM (https://github.com/libre-fm). I looked into hosting one myself a couple of years back.

I also have a vague memory that the creator of libreFM (and possibly the maintainer of GNU-FM) is [at]mattl[at]mat.tl here on fediverse

@selea Interesting. Thanks for sharing the link. Couldn't find this link on libre.fm, and some links like the roadmap are 404.
Do you know if they are interested in federation and ActivityPub?
The maintainer said on the website that they are not on any social media anymore (Ctrl+f mastodon):

@lonestar Thanks, the idea behind it is nice and it is well executed. But as far as I understand, this is a cross-poster script to fetch JSON from last.fm and create a normal post using v1 mastodon API.
I'm more looking for a platform that can do scrobbling. something that can be used as scrobbler rather than using a centralized platform.
