yes, really. your instance federates like a mastodon server: puzzles, clues and leaderboards flow between instances, and solves are signed so they follow you around the fedi
also: you can DRAW the letters. handwriting recognition runs entirely in your browser

@lashman Thank you! And thereβs a ton of features, too. Quite impressive. The handwriting thing is very unique.
Tbh, crossword games are not my cup of tea but thatβs OK. But I like that this thing exists, there are not many #FreeSoftware word #games around yet, so every single new one really counts.

@lashman Thank you! I live with an avid crossworder. I had to search to find puzzles to print each week until he bought a book. Is there a way to change font size for clues? Tiny on an iPad.
I was afraid clues/words would be too techy (he is not). Am I reading it right that others could submit alternative clues?
Thank you again! Tomorrow Iβll see if he takes to it β¦.

@lashman Hi! Small bug report: when auto-check is on and you overwrite a correct letter with an incorrect letter, it changes from green to red (good). If you then click 'undo', the validation doesn't update to the now-correct letter, so it shows the correct letter as wrong.
