@jaz everything seems fine. `discoverable` and `indexable` is set to false and it is also set to `invisible`, but I am not sure Mastodon supports the last one.

The two big features in release v3.2.7 of Ktistec are back end support for creating polls (the front end is coming in the next release) and advanced theming support—specifically, a rich vocabulary of CSS class values and data attributes on which to build a theme. The full set is documented in the README. I'll post more on how I'm using these later this week. Here is the full set of notable changes:AddedBack-end support for creating polls.Advanced theming support with new classes, data attributes, and view helpers.Task status display on admin page showing running and imminently scheduled task counts.FixedPoll vote form now correctly submits Question ID.ChangedMove location of Ktistec version notice. (fixes #133)Updated admin page for better accessibility and less clutter.#ktistec #crystallang #activitypub #fediverse

Hi, everyone. I've just published version 2.87 of #snac, the simple, minimalistic #ActivityPub instance server written in C. It only includes a single change, to avoid using EmojiReacts to harass users:Hide EmojiReacts from muted actors and blocked instances.Sorry for the inconvenience. Bad people creativity always gets me off-guard. Upgrade your snac to this version ASAP, or revert to 2.85.There will be another release pretty soon with a better solution to delete offending EmojiReacts.https://comam.es/what-is-snac#snacAnnounces #FrugalFediverse

For everyone curious about what’s coming next in #Vernissage, here’s the updated roadmap for 2026:https://github.com/orgs/VernissageApp/projects/5It outlines the planned work for the coming year, but it doesn’t include everything. Along the way, libraries will be updated, important bugs fixed, and other improvements addressed as they come up.The roadmap shows the direction rather than a fixed promise for every single change.#Vernissage #Roadmap #ActivityPub

The other day I was thinking about some of the people who I used to follow in the old blue bird site. A few of them did open accounts here on Mastodon, mostly because it was "trendy" at that time, but most (of those few) eventually left their accounts to rot. A lot of people from the old site just eventually ended up in Bluesky, but they are not even bridging here (I even asked, they ignored me).Whatever their reasoning was, they lost followers one way or another, for sure. And now I have met new people, I have been following them, and some of those are following me back, which was unthinkable in the old site.Time flies when we're having fun, and the past just becomes a blur.#Mastodon #ActivityPub #Hachyderm

I gave a little bit of thinking on the changes I want to do to #badgefed before making my server public. The one who emits the badges, is a #fediverse actor, this should be no controversial, after all, I use the public/private keys to sign the badges itself. But in the first prototype the recipient of the grant, was a record in the system itself. The idea was to allow recipients outside the fediverse to receive badges as well. I did not wanted to store the email, so I required a profile url, think of your fediverse url, or for those outside #linkedin, #blog, even #facebook if they want. However, it gets things a little bit more complex and less clean than what I want.Today, I decided that the recipient MUST be an actor of the #Fediverse. That is, it, that will be embedded as a mention, and should be clean and neat. For those who are not in the fediverse, #badgefed will provide an actor (and profile url) where they can add basic information such name, and bio links. Or they can create an account in any of the fediverse platforms at the moment of receiving the badge.#activitypub #dotnet
